Cross Country Bank just wants their money not customers!

I was paying my bill on time for the longest until my husband got laid off, so I asked CCB if they could take off all late fees and overlimit fees since i haven't used the card in so long... The bill was getting higher because of all the fees, i even asked to have a payment plan set up but no way they couldn't help take off the late, overlimit and finance charges. They just wanted payment and they wouldn't go for a low payment they wanted $71.00 for the next two months... They keep adding fees and i can't even get the bill low... ccB does not offer a 1-800 number like most credit card companies I should have known something then... They offered a 1-800 # when they demanded payment... All of my other major credit card companies were helpful and understanding to my financial situation and they were willing to help someone who was trying to help themselves. PLEASE HELP ME AND OTHER CONSUMERS.
