Global Cash card is one of the worst financial service institutions you could ever use/work for. First off they have horrible, and unfair fees. The worst part about their fees, as many of you may know, is that they're excessive. They charged you $1.00 for being DECLINED at an ATM, $0.80 for being declined for a credit transaction, and $0.45 for a debit transaction. Their ATM withdrawal fees are one of the worst I've seen in all of my experience. The worst part is that the people who mainly use these cards are people that live paycheck to paycheck. What kind of company does this to people?
In addition, their customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen. Their "Upper Management" is composed of supervisors that are barely in their early twenties. These supervisors are young, have no experience outside of global cash card, and have no college education. After about 4 months of being a customer service rep, you may be promoted to the DDS department, which is the people that handle all of the direct deposits. Would you trust young, uneducated, and inexperienced people with your hard earned money?
Also, they violate PCI Procedure. The same customer service representatives that take your calls, are required to simultaneously process the pay cards and send them out to the consumer. Last time I checked, this leaves their liable for lawsuits.
Global Cash Card is one of the worst companies ever, and their mother company World Processing should also be taken down with it. Don't let young uneducated people handle your money, and don't let this company rip you off any longer!
