12/18 Do not use this company. I live in Duluth MN had several service calls to Colonial and was told on 2 separate incidents that they did not have a contractor in the area and to get my own. One was a wash machine issue the other plumbing. They denied both. So I had to pay out of pocket. My contract runs until 02/02 and of course I will NOT renew. I believe they hook people by advertising a relative low service call fee $50.00
