Colonial Home Warranty and the contractors they uses are amazing. They have fixed my furnace and it has been working exceptionally. I would recommend both companies without question. The contractor was a little late, but called to let me know he was running late. He arrived and went right to work, took care of our problem promptly & went on his way. He was very friendly & personable. The customer service representative for Colonial was as nice as she could be & very helpful & understanding of our need to get our furnace fixed promptly given the frigid temperatures outside. She took time to make sure she resolved all of our issues. I was very impressed on my first claim and glad it is money well spent especially in this economy. Thank you for reading
