Ripoff emerge is ripping us off Columbus ohio

I have been with providion for several years I have never been late or over my limit until emerge took over.

My interest rate went from 14.9% to 29.9%. I was never notified about any buy out or interest rate change.

I closed my account when I found out about the rate change Emerge lowered my credit limit and that has caused me to be over my credit limit. Emerge charges me $35.00 each month for a overlimited fee. My account is now $213.46 over my limited. I keep paying my minium payment I can not afford to pay extra. I ask my self every month why do I make my payment I will never get cought up?

Emerge will not work with me.

PLEASE HELP! I would also like to be included in a class
action suite.
