I purchased some collagen masks from here through mycitydeals (Groupon) & used the e voucher on the Ospa website & bought some other items that were on offer. On July 4th & still havent arrived (24th Sept).
No one answers the phone, do not reply to messages left or reply to emails via the 'custoner service'.
Be careful. I've lost my money by the sounds of it as I have gone over the 45 days (s0 much for patience).
Why do Groupon still promote Ospa when they must know its a scam!
