OSpa - Zero Service - Discount Coupons

I have tried contacting OSpa several times but have had no luck.
On the phone, i only get voicemail.

On email, i got contacted twice - but have had no response or an appointment.

I would like a refund of my voucher as my confidence in their service is non-existent.
