We live in Pennsylvania where there are not strong winds. The clips that were drilled into the side of our hot tub blew off from the wind. We can no longer keep the cover on without the clips. When I contacted the coustomer support for replacement clips I was informed I had to purchase them. The coustomer service was not helpful and acted as if they didn't care we had an issue.
