A telemarketer contacted me and was selling me a " large selection" of auto body clips. It would cover most of the clips I would run into. He stated he wouldn't load me down with all the same clips.
When I recieved the package it was all the same clips. 6 versions of the same clip just 1/4 of a inch longer than the last one. Exactly what he told me he wouldn't do.
A few weeks later he contacted me for payment and I told him I was unsatisfied. I told him to send a pickup tag from ups and he refused. I refused to pay and they turnd it over to colletions. Collections put it on my credit report. I still refuse to pay for what I didn't order. You wouldn't order a steak and when the waitress gives you a hamburger, thank them and pay them for a steak, would you?
I have since been contacted by telemarketers for pr supply trying to get me to buy more. I have told them about this case and one told me if I ordered from him he would see to it that thiis would be removed from my credit report... Is this another lie or is it a form of extortion?
Anyway, i will never get caught up with a company like this again.
