I ordered a heat duct service including one intake and one outflow from Seabreeze through Groupon. The technician had hardly any dates available and postponed twice. When he finally showed up, he said I had bought a partial service and he would have to charge for the outflow and the blower. My property manager went ahead and paid for it. When I complained to Groupon, they said the would try to get the company to correct the issue, but they needed my phone number. I've since moved to Europe so said they would have to do it by e-mail. They replied with the identical response — that they'd need my phone number to get the company to correct the issue. Fed up, I wrote and asked how to close my account. They wrote back and said they deleted it. No apology for causing me so much grief. I had bought a lot of Groupons and felt I deserved better service.
