On Oct. 17, I placed an order on line at Ulta.com. The incentives were great, and I was looking forward to using some of the free items for gifts. Ten days later I still had not received the items. My account information showed that the order was being processed. I contacted customer service by email, and there was no reply. I called and was told the order would go out after the weekend. I received an email to that effect. The order did not come and its status did not change on my account website. I called again and was informed by the representative that my order was not able to be completed. She offered to send coupons to compensate for the situation, but I still wanted the order. I still have copies of the order and wonder what the problem is about putting the items in a box and sending them?
