Absolute WORST customer service I have ever received through the 888 number. I received a gift card as a courtesy as to one of my previous orders messing up my bank account since I was charged three times for the order. Having harsh feelings about the company already, I was somewhat leery as to even making another order to use the gift card, yet I decided to give Ulta the benefit of the doubt and try again. I wanted to call and cancel this order so that I could place a new one, the customer service representative was so rude to me that I had to hang up on her before I lost it. This happened to me when trying to resolve the bank issue as well with Ulta charging me THREE times for the order. My bank was nice enough to reimburse me for the overdraft fees it caused me, howeber Ulta reimbursed NOTHING when it was their issue. I instead received a $10 gift card a month later in the mail. Oh, great. My order was only like $30 to begin with, and costed me around $110 once everything was said and done. I called back in hopes of getting someone helpful, and nope, didn't work, got someone else that was just as rude. I understand that you don't want to lose a sale, but I was going to make another order, I just didn't want the hair color I ordered as I found bad reviews on it. The only solution they offered me was to "refuse" the order once it arrived and it could take 30 days for the refund to go into effect. I will never in my life order from Ulta again, and I will advise everyone else against it, along with this story, as well whether it be on the reviews, reviews for customer service, friends, makeupally, Youtube, everywhere.
