I ordered perfume and got eau de toilette, which my wife hates. I asked them to help me resolve this when their website links and product photos ALL say "perfume", but the delivery is something different. I copied pages from their website to send to them as proof that I was selecting from pictures and descriptions that say "perfume", but no response! I have emailed them three times in the past few weeks and am afraid the 30 day return is going to come without any direction from them as to the best resolution! I am asking for help and not getting anything. If I return it, I lose money and have nothing to show for my efforts. I do not appreciate deceit.
