I put an order on 3-20 (purchase #36544) for rhinestone earrings and rhinestone bra straps for the boy's wedding. Our first criticism email is dated 4-5. I eventually rec'd the earrings covered in a plastic bag - these were broken... A few of the rhinestones were free within the carrier. Email advised bra straps were sold-out; recommended I needed a return. On 4-12 Jennifer e mailed she'd issue a return. Never received. I had been recommended just how to return the broken earrings, covered them despite the fact that broken and so I had evidence of such return, and that I have all such certification. I've delivered numerous emails, named often, been guaranteed discounts for both, and also to day I've never obtained a reimbursement for either product. Our purchase whole was for $ 69.90.
