I created an on line purchase from www.bodybody.com which was billed to my Charge Card. The things were delivered via USPS using the return/reimbursement type located on the firm's site precisely the method they required in July. I delivered six follow-up emails asking about the credit standing and lastly four weeks later I obtained an answer from "Jennifer" that it had been too late to credit my charge card, but a reimbursement check could be shipped. I decided via email that the reimbursement check could be appropriate and delivered six more follow-up emails. To-date (February. 2008) I've not obtained credit or perhaps a refund check. Don't work with the corporation!
