Please find below a duplicate of the notice delivered to Body Body on August 5. I've since delivered another email to that we haven't gotten an answer. This notice best and completely describes my scenario.

I'm writing for you to describe a scenario and also to need quick quality. I want I didn't need to take some time to get this done, but sadly I actually do.

Please reference the next schedule concerning the previously discussed purchase I put from your own organization.

December 12 - Purchase positioned for just one dress in the price of $104.89 USD.

December 12 - Charged $104.89 to AMEX by SPORTSWEAR LLC 3126491090 Illinois.

January 12 - email seeking standing of purchase from Jennifer.

January 12 - email response from Jennifer, "Your gown must deliver today."

February 16 - email to Jennifer informing the gown hasn't yet appeared.

February 17 - email from Jennifer declaring, "The gown continues to be unavailable."

April 22 - email request whether we will have this gown.

April 22 - email from Jennifer declaring, "... We shall return you immediately."

May 31 - email to Jennifer seeking standing of reimbursement not yet finished.

June 1 - email from Jennifer seeking AMEX quantity since purchase data had terminated.

June 2 - email to Jennifer providing AMEX quantity to help reimbursement.

June 2 - email from Jennifer declaring bill of our quantity, "thanks."

July 18 - email to Jennifer informing reimbursement has nevertheless not happened. No response.

August 4 - email to Jennifer informing reimbursement has nevertheless not happened. No response.

August 5 - email to Jennifer informing reimbursement has nevertheless not happened. No response.

That gives me towards the publishing of the notice. At that time of the publishing, there's not been an answer from Jennifer to my last three emails, or has there been a return. I examined using the Body Body site (http://www.bodybody.com/info.html) and find out that Jennifer continues to be shown as your "customer support expert" and so I trust that number change has happened there.

In my opinion I've been co operative and individual enough, but I still wish to provide this deal to some near.

Please help me by any means possible, to create this reimbursement occur instantly.
