Went in on 9/12 to treat upper lip with laser hair removal. Technician got the laser on the actual lip. Woke up with swollen lip, turning into three cold sores. Called them and they asked me to come in, I took time out to go back in and young lady helping was very kind, made a report, took pictures and tried to call the physician, who was not answering. Also asked me for my pharmacy number to call in a prescription maybe for the cold sores. The physician called me back and told me this is what happens, that he could not call in a prescription, hopes it goes well and if I want to I can call my primary care physician to see if they can get me a prescription. Now I have spend an hour at Bioderm for nothing. Have had to make an appointment and now have to pay for my copay to see my Dr and then pick up prescription and pay for that as well. He was just very snide about it and not helpfull at all. Will make sure I never ever use their services again. Would much rather pay more than be treated the way I was today. Worst experience ever.
