Terrible! We had a reservation for 1hour, for 2 jet skis, for 4.30. We arrived around 3.40 to do the paperwork and get ready, but the sun was so strong! We hadn't taken any umbrella or chairs with us, since we weren't planning on staying at the beach later on. There were some canopies there, like 7 of them, empty, and I asked Amber if we could wait there. She said, it's 20 DOLLARS. I told her that it would only be like 30 or 40 min while we were waiting for our jet skis. She said, I know, it's still 20 Dollars. So we paid the money, cash, to see that 5 minuties after us, there came a group of 3 and she said to them: "you can use those while you wait for your jet skies turn". And she let them stay for free. When I asked "Amber" if she could explained me if they were for free for "jet ski riders" or not, she answered" "these people bought a Groupon " and the "Groupon" includes "free canopie". To what I replied: "oh" that's good, can you tell me about this groupon because it's a good deal and I can get it next time. Amber answered: " It's old, It's already expired". Then, I went to the lady, and asked her: "Would you mind tell me about that Groupon for next time"? And she replied": "I am sorry?" So I asked again: " Can I ask how you did your reservation for the jet skis? She replaid: " I just called today at noon time and made a reservation for a 30 min ride on a jet ski" So I asked: " Then, you did not use/buy any Groupon at all?' And she replied: "no". I just called, showed up, she told me we could wait here for free." By then, I was angry because not only AMBER charged us 20 dollars cash for that 40 min that we would be using it, but also, she gave the same thing for free to customers that followed us (and we were even spending more money), but also she had "LIED" TO ME. I couldn't let go the fact that she was "ripping us off" "she lied", so I went back to AMBER and told her: "I'm sorry, I think you were wrong about the Groupon you mention"; and she told me: " I am not getting into this conversation any more" and she left like "escaping" the fact that she was not only a lier but also an unfair owner. After that, while coming out of the water, in my way back to put the chest back in its place, there were a lot of huge rocks in the sand, and I had my toe fractured while accidentally tripped into one of these rocks that were all over these place. We left with $ 190 less than we entered and a broken toe: (Disgusting and Unfair People!!! Go to the jet ski Rentals that are 20 min away from South Beach!!! REad those reports!
