My sister telephoned Be Beautiful in Bedminster with a query and was told 'don't book through Groupon they take a big fee from us, book direct and I will still do it for the same price'. My sister booked us both an appointment for a cut and highlights. Well I have never had my hair cut with only six snips on the scissors, holding my hair flat to my neck and cutting straight across the bottom of your hand is not what I call a good cut or even an average cut. The highlights look as though they have been done with a paint brush and my have resembles a chopped, uneven, zebra. Please think twice before booking an appointment. I now have to pay again to get my hair sorted out and explain to my hairdresser how on earth I let this happen.
