My fiance bought my gemstone from Kay Jewelers in the Wasau Heart Mall in Wausau, WI. Before he bought the band, he'd requested me what sizr my hand was, and that I told him 7, since that's what a number of my other bands were. Well, on 11/05, we visited the mall, and he explained he'd to visit another shop and obtain anything, which I'd have to maintain active at another shop to get a bit. I had no concept he was receiving me a band. Therefore he went and got the band, and afterwards that night, he suggested in my experience. Well, instantly I understood the band was too large, and must be measured, after which inside a couple of days, I realized that among the little diamonds about the group was damaged and damaged, plus one of the factors about the bigger rocks was uneven and nearly smashing the stone. There's also an enormous "closure" as Kay named it within the middle rock, however it appears like an enormous break in my experience. That simply put into my entire Kay encounter! So. Anyways, 24 hours later, Tammy calls me and today informs me that she wants copies of the guarantee paperwork... We decreased the paperwork down on 11/19, and you know what? There is my band still resting in a cabinet! Currently fairly angry at this time. The woman eventually discovered the data, and stated it had beennot prepared and didn't understand what was occurring. She also didn't inform me they didn't deliver my band from the shop until 12/30 (did not discover that out till afterwards). And so I am mad, and that I chose to publish a web-based request to corporate later that night. Three nights later, yes three, I eventually obtain a phone from Marla incorporate cusomter service stating that she obtained my email. Blah blah blah. And after speaking in groups, she would consider it and contact me back. Well. I am just stewing meanwhile, and that I chose to create a pleasant 3 page notice to corporate informing them how I'm. Never heard back! Marla called me in a couple of days and was speaking in groups again, and explained they had just acquired my ring. What would you suggest SIMPLY? And that's after I discovered the shop waited till 12/30 to submit my band after I'd fallen it down on 11/16!! Actual skilled and customer support oriented. Jerks! Well... Marla continues to be speaking in groups and informing me that she'll seek advice from this location which individual to see standing to see why it had been not submitted until this very day and blah blah blah... This woman was significantly finding on my nerves at this time! Therefore it continues to be nearly 5 months today, but still no band, and Kay has just agreed to provide me a massive $50 gift-card due to their store... EXACTLY WHAT THE HELL MIGHT I'D LIKE HAVING A GIFTCARD FOR THE STORE AND FUTHERMORE, EXACTLY WHAT THE HELL CAN YOU BUY WITH $50 FROM YOUR OWN SHOP? A back again to an earring?!! Then Marla explained I might provide it like a present to somebody... Truly? Why could I proceed and perform a factor like this or have anybody arrived at your shop? Togo through what I did so, or what many more have? No cheers! I simply acquired a phone today from Marla informing me my band was completed on 12/15 and really should be below anyday now.
