My fiancé and that I visited Kay Dealers in Auburn Hills, Mich January 5 to buy my gemstone. We chose to have a stone out-of another collection they had there since it was stunning! We looked over it through the cycle using the salesperson as well as ensured we couldn’t observe any scars using the “naked eye”.

We returned on March 26 to buy a marriage band. We couldn’t discover one which we preferred so we bought a brand new collection. We requested the stone and its own prong be placed on the brand new band. We obtained it back 14 days later and also the band appeared terrible

I got it back again to the shop inside a week (it’s today May 26) plus they stated these were sorry also it must have never been delivered in my experience for the reason that situation. They offered me a brand new band and delivered it out for sizing. It returned 3 months later (7 days overdue). From the period I obtained it back it’s the very first week of June.

Our problem now's that my stone includes a LARGE brown place which was never there before. I inform the clerks in the shop plus they stated “oh you'll want bought it-like this”. Oh no, I didn’t! I'm particular we'd have experienced that large brown place that's apparent the moment you consider the band! I've had the stone for more than 1 ½ years!
