As of right now, I'm never going back to ULTA again! Left the store so upset, as this is the second time I've been in the past 2 weeks & they were rude and completely noncaring. I spent $200 in there since Christmas alone and I have yet to receive one single sample~ advertised quote "free gifts with purchase". I shop with the intention of trying the products, so I purchased $109 worth of too faced & bare minerals & I'm told of course no free giift, and of course no coupon is good either. When told I'm so upset at not ONCE receiving the gift w / purchase, the salesgirl said NOTHING. WHEN I repeated that I am upset & last time my visit was a nightmare, again, SILENCE. TALK ABOUT MAKING THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOME! I feel ripped off & taken advantage of! I've written ulta customer service & have yet to hear back. As of now, going to go to Sephora & scream from the rooftops to anyone who will listen to never frequent ulta, because the message is customers are nothing! I am not unreasonable & it would have been SO easy for them to fix this. A simple 2-bit sample & an "I'm sorry" is ALL it would have taken! I'm easy, but when I am ignored, well, I simply will be telling all of my consumer friends that ulta is RUDE. At least here in Vancouver, WA. My entire day was ruined over the awful attitude of them & I seriously am considering returning my $109 purchase. The girl didn't even ask for my customer reward info, so no credit for purchase. Unbelievable.
