Watch out for Diamonds International. I purchased a band in Grand Caymans due to nonsense by Royal Caribbean Cruises. The moment I got house one stone dropped out. Delivered it for restoration and got band back. Next issue I understand the stone is finished again. This time around I deliver it back and spend $50 for that fix and also the band returns just as I'd delivered it, no fix completed. SUBSEQUENTLY I contact them to inform them the band was not repaired and many times afterwards the contact emails me and claims he does not understand what the thing is since the band was fixed. I advise him it was not and lastly he thinks me and provides me directions to ship back. I ship back and have for compensation of price of covering and resending it for second-time. He confirms for this easily deliver the total amount. Then I eventually get band back with no compensation. Battling since July and its own today Nov and he currently wishes a duplicate of the bill, not only the sum total price as requested for before. I've currently delivered the bill backup and threatened to contact my lawyer for violation of promise or even fixed today. Then he had the audacity to inform me I misunderstood him and somehow this really is all my problem. Never again!
