I just had my teeth whitened today by toothbright, a voucher i bought a few months back for £40 from groupon. On buying the deal there were no details on the location only an website which looked very impressive and professional so i decided to go ahead and buy it.
I had to ring constantly for a week before the lady eventually answered the phone to make an appointment.
I eventually made an appointment for the 17th of june and got the location details so i set off early to get there on time i was expecting a beauty shop / clinic kind of set up but when i got to the address it was a random terrace house with no signs or anything i had to ring the lady to confirm i was in the right place, again it took 3 attempts to get her to answer.
I went in and Was lead upstairs in to her spare room!!! In there was a desk and a garden sun lounger!!! I was sooi tempted not to go through with it but the lady seemed to know what she was talkin about so u went ahead even though everything in me was telling me not to. I went through with the 50 min procedure which was extremely uncomfortable and painful even though i was told it wouldnt be. I was never shown a whightening scale to see how good the results were and to be honest when i looked in the mirror they didnt look that different at all, until today when i had a closer look and noticed that i have patches all over my teeth where some bits have taken and wightened and others havent my teeth look terrible, im gutted. Needless to say, if i had been paying the full amount i wouldnt have even got out of the car!!! I cant believe that groupon dont check these places out before advertising them, because if anyone had seen this place they would have turned them down at the door!
