I agree with all of you, i had a horrible encounter with there customer service department. The person i spoke with was very rude and when i asked to speak with a supervisor i was placed on hold for 20 minutes. When the so called supervisor came to the line she was as rude as the first lady. How am stuck paying 65.00 half of the amount they took from my account for a product that was never ordered by me. I am not sure how they got my information but they don't have half of it correct. The only part that is right is my account # if this is how they do things there i will be sure to let everyone know about the way this company does business.
