Afternoon Tea Offer Unavailable at Hotel, Refund Suggested

I was informed by the hotel that there have been many people phoning up to book afternoon tea with Groupon and there are no longer any vacancies. They offered to book me in on the Monday 18 but weekdays are not acceptable. They suggested that in that case I phone up Groupon to arrange a refund.
