In September I bought a Swarovski Nirvana band in the Swarovski site. The 2nd period I used the band in early March, the rear aspect of the band broke while I had been clapping my fingers. The paradox is the fact that I had been sporting the Nirvana band on my left-hand and was sporting another Swarovski band on my right-hand and also the contact bewteen both bands triggered the whole rear of the Nirvana band to break and break.

I called Swarovski customer support and informed them of the issue. I had been educated the band couldn't be fixed and also to substitute the band I'd need to spend half the retail cost of the band plus delivery/handling and duty. The initial cost of the band was $190 and also the replacement-cost could be $118.54. I had been surprised that Swarovski would not substitute the band totally free.in the end, I'dnot mishandled or mistreated the band, I merely was clapping my fingers. Their guarantee claims they protect production and substance flaws under regular use, starting 2 yrs in the day of purchase. I deal that clapping palms is regular use.

I'm a Swarovski Crystal Community member and that I won't be reviving my account or buying their items again till they get this to right. I've invested a large amount of cash on acquisitions from their organization possibly for myself or as items for others. I'll also ensure that you suggest my buddies and co workers look elsewhere.
