Fraudulent company. They will scam you if you have ANY problems with your order. I ordered $50 worth of stuff, received a color that didn't match my hair and they would only guarantee a 92 cent refund. All items were new, never taken out of the packaging and my request for return happened within 2 days of receiving the products. If returned, I am certain these items would then be resold for a second profit.
Furthermore, shipping the items back would have been an added $10. Please report this company to the Tennesse Better Business Bureau to get them shut down!!!
They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website. These claims are untrue. They do not guarantee any customer satisfaction. The only satisfied customers are the ones that don't have problems with their order. If you have a problem though, watch out! They even refuse to discuss problems over the phone. E-mail only.
