I purchased on 2/21 on the internet a hair product from this company. I immediately relized it was the wrong color. I called the company they were closed. So I emailed customer service to ask them to cancel the order. I called the next morning 02/22 and talked to John and asked if they got my email to cancel order if they did not have the color I wanted. They told me they don't refund and that they did not carry the color that I asked for. I paid by visa credit card. I feel this is very unfair practice
