This company does not respond in a timely manner to any kind of contact. I have phoned and left messages and e-mailed them.
The spa was sent with instructions for a 4 wire hookup but was not prepared for a 4 wire hookup as required in Florida. They even sent an email with special instructions for the 4 wire. We had to create a second ground because the tub was not setup for a 4 wire connection which would be a true neutral.
They had me rate them upon paying for the tub because they claimed it would do them no good to wait until I received the tub and had it up and running. I was to receive two extra filters for rating them excellent. I do not have the filters and they are not responding.
The tub did not have the stereo speakers that were supposed to be installed. I cannot get them to respond to inquiries as to when I will receive them.
The TV would not go up and down and they sent a repairman. While he was repairing the TV he called Blue Water and they told hi to SPLICE a wire. He refused to do that in a spa environment and used a cable from parts that Blue Water sent me for the repairman.
The tub was built in China which I did not discover until I was called by the shipping company. There is nothing on their webstie, their ebay store or on ebay that indicates the tubs are built in China.
To sum it up, If I had it to do over again I would never buy a major purchase like a spa online, at ebay or anyplace else.
Do not deal with this company and do not buy major items off ebay!!! I complained to ebay but they said the purchase was to long ago to take a complaint.
This is a prime example of caveat emptor!!!
