I purchased a $5800 Blue water Spa from Gotwholesaling on Ebay last Spring (08). Spa was way late and only arrived in Oct 08. I used only 2 times with last time at Thanksgiving. Recirculating pump cicuit board was defective and water froze up in tub and cracked pipes/manifold. When weather warmed up I attempted to get it repaired and despite numerous e-mails and telephone calls from me and my spa repair guy to Galen Gault and Jason at Blue Water Spas I have no working spa. They initially answered my call/e-mail with false promises of warranty coverage, etc. But have since failed to answer any calls or e-mails. It is the last week of August and I left messages saying if they did not honor their warranties then I would let BBB as well as internet community know that they are a sham and scam operation. Therefore this message.
