In August we purchased a tractor through Ebay and did exactly as Ebay advised us to do. We sent a wire transfer to the bank with routing number and account number that were provided to us through Ebay.
Ebay sent us confirmation on the purchase and then we received numerous e-mails from the seller advising us when the tractor would be delivered and comfirmation the seller had received the funds in the amount of $8,000.00
After over a week of waiting for the tractor to be delivered we contacted Ebay and were told they knew nothing about the transaction. We filed a complaint with the International Crime Center and with our local Secret Service office.
We were contacted by the Secret Service and advised to file a complaint here also.
