According to the tracking number in UPS, it is scheduled to be delivered to us on 2/10/10. It will go from our Returns Department to our Accounting Department afterwards and they will credit you on the credit/debit card you used to purchase. This process can take 2-3 weeks at most once we receive the product depending on the volume of the units received and processed. Let me know if you have any additional questions, thank you.

I ordered this item way back in January; sent it right back and have not yet been given my refund in the amount of $245 plus from this company. I have heard all sorts of treasons including someone was out sick. They got my payment right away I want my refund; this has been 5 weeks and this is nuts!
