I requested item via the 1-800 number (since their web wasn't functioning properly). 7 telephone calls later, I don't possess the item. I never obtained the shipping (guaranteed many times that it'd be shipped that evening). I also never obtained a reimbursement (that was required 4 occasions and guaranteed to occur).
Please don't purchase item from their website. They've some significant problems of course if it is like my scenario, they will cost your consideration without actually providing the merchandise or fixing the issue!
