I requested an item online-which was recognized via email. Them was requested with fast delivery that was guaranteed within 2 times. Fourteen days later, I ended the purchase after discovering using a phone towards the organization that I really could not get the product from the period required since the product was backordered until May. I had been guaranteed a reimbursement within 14 days. On April 18, I had been guaranteed a reimbursement by check from the end of April. Having not obtained the check, on May 2, I again named the organization and was informed that my reimbursement is likely to be released by May 20. That is nearly 2 weeks since termination! A criticism towards the Better Business Institution went unanswered from the organization. A telephone call towards the organization VP wasn't responded. Do not actually consider coping with the corporation!!!
