On Sep 23'09 (Wed) at 7:15pm I got a earring with one crystal dropped down for fix within 2-year guarantee at Eaton Center shop, downtown Toronto. The earring I seldem used with all-original bundle, bill, guarantee certification, & container. There were 3 sales agents there. After I went in to the store these were talking and trying-on the things at shop. I got their title, Rachel, LeiLei and Denise because they were rude.
I showed them my earring that required fix with bill. The earring and also the container were in Exceptional condition. LeiLei requested easily cleaned it with Acetone, I stated "No". (who'd clean a gold-plated crystal earring with acetone? The directions stated heated water and soap. I never clean them since I have rarely put them on) Then she wrote down about the fix slide that "it smells terrible". I informed her it had been a plastic smell in the support of the container, the earring doesn't smell. Then she insisted on she was correct. Then another revenue, Mary arrived.
Mary said "you introduced it at Duty-Free, we don't consider products bought from Duty-Free."
Then I said "Swarovski has worldwide guarantee."
Then Carol gave me a search with dislike and stated "We were performing the fix like a courtesy, would you like it fixed or not? You purchased it at duty-free, you should not obtain a fix. Go back."
Then another revenue, Rachel, she arrived and published down "chemical odors on container."
After I asked for that store-manager, I had been informed he wasn't in. They offered me a dislike search and didn't actually requested "what we're able to assist you to", or
"good-night". I had been handled as somebody who disrupted their speaking and never purchasing something, and required a "Duty-Free" less expensive product to bother them for fix that I'm named. They didn't wish to assist me and offered me dislike search, really rude, without any support, and incredibly suggest.
I had been definitely pleased using the "bad customer support" and therapy I obtained. And of course I'll Never purchase something with Swarovski.
