I ordered a free sample of Dazzelwhite Dental Whitening on line paying by credit card for delivery and have been sent 1 whitening gel applicator in July then on Mon 1st September, 09 I received another package with three gel applicators which I did not order and then received my credit card statement and have been charged on 14/08/09 $73.97 & again on 24/08/09 $72.34. There is no address or invoice simply a letter saying that I have agreed continue to continue to use the product which I have not. The envelope has a return address of Just Think Media PO Box 4440, Milperra BC NSW 1891
