I was looking for a doctor's phone number 0n 1/28 and a pop up came up about HydraWhite whitening products. Free sample. I ordered it with credit card and was charged $3.87.
Today 2/23 I received a statement from GAP credit card for $196.24. They sent me these products and charged me full price. I didn't know what a free sample consisted of therefore, I didn't do anything about it. When I called HydraWhite today, I offered to return all opened products because I never used them and asked for a full refund. The sales rep said the company would only reimburse me $45.00 because I only had 7 days to decide. I was unaware of this. She stated I agreed to it but I don't think I did. When I received these products, they did not enclose an invoice. I believe I was scammed and I do not want the products or want to pay for them. I have never opened them. I notified GAP credit card company and explained the situation. They will try to dispute these charges. I also hope you can help me. I am not paying $196.24 for tooth whitening products. If I knew this, I would never have asked for the free samples.
