Ripoff charged my credit card without authorization, I ordered a sample and they charged my credit card 89.97

I ordered a sample of teeth whitening at 6.95 postage and authorized that charge then my credit card is billed 89.97 without my authorization and they are not returning my calls. They are a ripoff
