I purchased Resveratrol Ultra on 5/9 and ended up receiving the the wrong product (Biolabs Instant Wrinkle Remover) several days later. At the same time I was charged $39.95. Today is 6/19 and have just completed my 4th consecutive phone call in regards to receiving a refund. Three times I have requested to have my call escalated to a supervisor. Each time the pseudo supervisor has advised that my refund should be seen in 3 business days. Today's call is exactly 7 business days since my last contact with a supervisor. To make this more comical, I asked the supervisor (all customer service is being out sourced to either India or Pakistan I believe) to be transferred to her supervisor to complain to perhaps the next tier level. The female (pseudo) supervisor advised that "she was the last hierarchy of management and that she reported directly to the CEO of the corporation. What a joke. This customer service outsource group is definitely the worst I've ever worked with.
