I received the wrong hair color and it took 30 days for the order to be delivered. I left 23 phone messages, 8 emails and went through my credit card company to ask for refund. ALLSTATEBEAUTY said they have heard of NO complaints from the customer, so I was charged again by the credit card company. I cannot reach ATTSTATEBEAUTY and if I return the product it will be refused without a RA number on the package. The RA number comes from ALLSTATEBEAUTY, who is not communicating with me. If they receive a package without a RA number they will throw it away. They have it figured out. I will just throw away my product and be out the money. I have spent 3 months tryng to resolve this. I have no choice. I am no angry with this so called company!!
