Cannot get in touch with anyone at customer srvice

Can't enter touch with anyone for more than 1 time to ensure that i will obtain the neede "rma" (return merchandise authorization number)

I've also tried a web site that doesn't occur ([email protected]) to ensure that i will return the product.

The corporation promises "no problems" if you like to return this product rather than be charged. It's so frustrating not to manage to stop, particularly when these undesirable costs will hinder my ability to cover my regular requirements for example lease, food and electric
