I noticed a cost on my bank record for $99.95 and instantly named the 800#. I had been advised to come back the merchandise the moment I obtained it to get a complete refund. I obtained the product more than 30 days later and was informed to e-mail "corporate" to request authorization to come back the merchandise. I had been delivered an answer saying I really could return the merchandise to get a return. They received my return on 7-20-09.By 10-19-09 I'm informed I'm not entitled to a return. Today they've their phony item and my cash! They'll not let me keep in touch with anybody except rude customer support brokers who hang-up whenever you request a boss or perhaps a legitimate email address.
