Can't get a return authorization number to return the product and cancel future products

I attempted to contact the number they supplied to obtain a return authorization number. They might require this to come back their item. I also desired to stop upcoming deliveries. The amount is disconnected. The owner provides an entirely distinct quantity compared to one which I dialed.
