On March 26 I ordered what was to be a complimentary one time offer for AuraVie skin care system. I paid the $4.95 for shipping which was to be the only expense for the trial offer. It was explained to me that if I did not call and cancel the order that I would accept future orders, no mention of $97.88 per month. I immediately called the number that I was instructed to call to cancel future orders, the automated system stated "your order has been cancelled." However, to my surprise my account was debuted in April, $97.88 and May, 97.88. I called on May 13 when I received an order only to learn that the company would not honor the automated cancellation, in fact, the person that I spoke with at the company offered $35. Refund. I stated that I want all monies returned as I now realized the fraudulent nature of the business and the person stated that they would not honor my request, would offer a $35. Refund only. And, I could return the current product for reimbursement, therefore the company would make 52.88 regardless of the customer. So, I am left with paying 97.88 for what was supposed to be a complimentary trial offer, and another 97.88 for this month's product.in reality, I am being charged 97.88 for what was supposed to be the complimentary product, and 97.88 for the second product received. Please assist me in having the $195.76 returned to my account. I have contacted my bank and you for your assistance.
