Customer obtained a haircut on 3/9/09 and stated that she had a coupon for approximately $5.00 discount but did not have the coupon at the time of the visit. Customer delivered towards the salon 2 nights later with bill and 2 unexpired deals and also the supervisor wouldn't recognize/credit money-back towards the customer. Customer is extremely normal (regular appointments to salon) and insufficient customer support was really horrible.
