Cal Schools doesn't recognize their Lifetime Guarantee. I bought my CalSpa 6 years back in the Orange County Fair. The very first couple of years there have been no issues however in the final 12 weeks I've needed to invest over $1,000 on support. The newest statement for $500 involved over $300 to displace a push that had LIfetime Warranty published directly on it. They changed it with another that also stated Lifetime Guarantee. After I reported towards the technician, who had been suggested in my experience in the Cal Club shop in Ahaheim, I had been informed they displayed CalSpa and that I must document a using the organization. I published a notice to Casey Loyd, Leader of CalSpa in Pomona explaining my discontent. He responded written down per month later, declaring the price for that support phone shouldn't be coated, just the component. I wrote again, and connected a duplicate of the bill, requesting a reimbursement about the price of the component. 30 days later again, I acquired another notice declaring my demand was refused since I'd bought the club from the reasonable - in a Cal Club cubicle! Today it's again, about the fritz and certainly will require extra support. I'll never buy a Cal Club item again and wouldn't suggest Cal Club to anybody. Their support - or absence thereof - SMELLS! Although you might not have any issues originally, when you would you'll be left by yourself. Bad support!
