Taking money from account

I've attempted many times, without accomplishment, to obtain the corporation to prevent getting cash out-of my bill. They've been removing about $6.00 from my take into account the final six months, and that I need it ceased. I had been first delivered item I DIDNOT purchase, and was billed for, they began getting the cash from my bill every month. I'd like the cash refunded.
