I called early October to schedule an appointment to get my nails done, I mentioned I have a gift certificate. The lady at that point became very rude, talked to me like I was nothing. She said she was only booking appointments for paying customers and I could call back in November. So its two days until November, I thought I should see if I could get in now, I dont want to waste my gift certificate. I called and the lady booked me for Friday morning Oct 31st, then I told her I waas using my gift certificate, she then said "Oh, I was saving that spot for people who were actually paying" Then she told me to call back in December and hung up on me. I called back and told her I wanted to speak to the owner and she refused to let me talk to someone who could take care of the situation. Their company sold gift certificates with their names on them and now they are refusing to honor them. Horrible company.
