I ordered a trial sample of their product and paid for the shipping using my credit card. On 28 Oct ober, I noticed a posting to my account in the amount of $79.76 for a product I never received. The posting identified the payee as Ultra Relief LLC. When I went to the website, there was a page in which to check on orders. Seems that the company simply renewed the product and charged me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and have directed them to not approve any more charges from this company
